Our team has a long time of experience and has successfully completed numerous transactions including private/private, private/public, and public/public deals. We have the network, connections, and experience necessary to support transactions profitable for all parties.

We try to protect your values: materially and ideally - as a private person and entrepreneur at the same time and we support your companies development.

We work on a “share in results” fee-system.
